John Mwemezi Rutta
Mr. Rutta is a Legal Practitioner and Consultant at Corban Law Firm, renowned for advising on complex cross-border mandates and regulatory frameworks. His work combines business law advisory with professional legal training.
He is a Senior Lecturer and Trainer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), an Advocate and member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS).
His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, project finance, business advisory, banking and finance, and corporate and commercial matters.
