It is with deep regret that we inform our community that the Rwanda Data Privacy Moot Court event, initially scheduled for September 18, 2025 at Kigali Independent University (ULK – Gisozi), will unfortunately not take place as planned.
This difficult decision results from circumstances beyond our control, and we are fully aware of the disappointment it may cause to the invited judges, partner institutions, and students who were eagerly anticipating this event.
We sincerely apologize for this setback and warmly thank all individuals and organizations who had committed their time and support to this initiative.
We remain fully committed to promoting data protection and technology law in East Africa, and we will make sure to keep you informed about our upcoming activities and opportunities for collaboration.
