Professional Biography

Frank is a Senior Associate at Kigali Attorneys and a dynamic legal practitioner with strong expertise in international taxation, corporate law, fintech, and data protection. Since joining the firm in January 2024, he has been recognized for his strategic, client-centered approach and his ability to deliver innovative solutions to both local enterprises and multinational clients operating across Africa.

Frank holds two master’s degrees from Cameroon—one in Business and Corporate Law, and another in Legal Engineering and Commercial Arbitration—providing him with a profound understanding of corporate structures, dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks. His professional journey includes serving in leading law firms in Cameroon before relocating to Rwanda, where he earned his Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) and was admitted to the Rwanda Bar in 2021. This blend of civil-law and common-law training strengthens his capability to advise seamlessly on cross-border mandates.

In addition to his legal practice, Frank is deeply engaged in regional and international ADR initiatives. He is an Associate Arbitrator with the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (Malaysia) and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the East African Law Society. He also contributes to legal education as a visiting lecturer at the University of Kigali, where he trains aspiring lawyers and shares his expertise in corporate and technology law.
